The City of Norwich Aviation Museum's RAF 100 Weekend!

Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th June 2018

The City of Norwich Aviation Museum plans to host a special event on the 23rd & 24th June 2018 to commemorate 100 years of the Royal Air Force.

Aircraft, including the museums Vulcan Bomber and Nimrod, will be open for guided tours along with its Hawker Hunter cockpit for flight simulator sessions. Visitors to the museum will also be able to view various re-enactment displays setup around the site, including military vehicles and weapons.

After exploring the Museum; why not pop into the Friendship Tea Room which will be serving light refreshments throughout the day and also have a go on the Tombola, suitable for all ages!

All money raised over the weekend will go towards the Museum's development fund, supporting the maintenance of exhibits and allowing the museum to develop future projects such as site accessibility and a much needed hangar to house its collection.

Normal admission prices will apply along with additional admission fees per aircraft.

Photography is allowed inside the museum and access to some aircraft may require climbing stairs.

Height and age restrictions may also apply to some tours.
